Couldn't catch pokemon and can't get items and exp from pokestops? You're probably soft banned. Soft ban happens when you somehow "jumped" a little too far with a speed that is quite impossible for a human. Usually wears off after a few hours but there is a trick to remove soft ban in just a few minutes.
Just do this;
1. Go to a pokestop and click it.
2. Now spin the pokestop nothing comes out but you will see on the top left of your screen a spinning white/gray pokeball.
3. Now close the pokestop and click it again.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until items come out or until the pokestop's color changes.
And now you can catch pokemon again! But be careful next time. Happy Gaming!
